We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support the club in a variety of ways, from helping with game-day operations to supporting events and behind-the-scenes organization. Whether you can lend a hand occasionally or want to take on a more consistent role, there’s a place for you here.

Board Members

Marketing/Sponsorship Director

Position Summary:
The Marketing/Sponsorship Director promotes the club through outreach, communications, and partnerships. This role includes managing sponsorship efforts, ensuring community support and funding for club activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a marketing plan to increase club visibility and player participation.
Design and distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and newsletters.
Recruit and manage sponsorships by engaging with local businesses and community organizations.
Create sponsorship packages and ensure sponsor recognition at club events.
Collect donations from the community.
Collaborate with the Rec Director and other leaders to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
Followup to make sure sponsors have paid and are receiving everything included in their sponsorship.

Qualifications:

Marketing or communication experience, preferably in sports or nonprofit organizations.
Strong writing, graphic design, and social media management skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors and community partners.

Additional Volunteer Positions

Southern NH Rec League Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Southern NH Rec League Coordinator oversees all aspects associated with our club’s participation in the Southern NH Rec League and supports the Rec Program Director, to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for players, parents, and coaches. *Note: At this time, our club participates in the Southern NH Rec League during the fall season only.*

Key Responsibilities:

Manage team formation, schedules, and registrations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for players, parents, and coaches.
Ensure compliance with league policies, rules, and safety guidelines.
Resolve any issues related to our club’s SHN Rec League teams.
Provide regular updates to club leadership.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of youth sports preferred but not required.

Assistant Recreational Director

Position Summary:
The Assistant Rec Director supports the Rec Director in managing the recreational soccer program.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with team assignments, scheduling, and event planning.
Address concerns and questions from parents and coaches.
Be a regular presence on field to be available to coaches and/or parents
Take on responsibilities in the absence of the Rec Director.
Collaborate with other directors to ensure smooth program operations.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of youth sports preferred but not required.

Rec Jamboree Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Jamboree Coordinator plans and executes the end-of-season jamboree, creating a celebration that showcases players’ growth and enjoyment throughout the season. This position requires creativity, organization, and teamwork to ensure a fun and memorable event.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a plan for the jamboree, including activities, games, and awards.
Coordinate logistics such as field assignments, schedules, and event setup.
Work with volunteers, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate event details to parents, coaches, and league staff.
Oversee the event day, ensuring it runs smoothly and addresses any issues that arise.
Collect feedback after the event to improve future jamborees.

Qualifications:

Strong event-planning and organizational skills.
Ability to manage volunteers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Passion for creating positive experiences for youth and families.
