Southern NH Rec League CoordinatorRec · Fall

Oversees all aspects of our club’s participation in the Southern NH Rec League and supports the Rec Program Director to ensure a positive, enjoyable experience for players, parents, and coaches. Note: BAC currently participates in the SNH Rec League during the fall season only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage team formation, schedules, and registrations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for players, parents, and coaches
  • Ensure compliance with league policies, rules, and safety guidelines
  • Resolve any issues related to our club’s SNH Rec League teams
  • Provide regular updates to club leadership

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of youth sports preferred but not required
Assistant Recreational DirectorRec

Supports the Rec Director in managing the recreational soccer program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with team assignments, scheduling, and event planning
  • Address concerns and questions from parents and coaches
  • Be a regular presence on the field, available to coaches and parents
  • Take on responsibilities in the absence of the Rec Director
  • Collaborate with other directors to ensure smooth program operations

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of youth sports preferred but not required
Rec Jamboree CoordinatorRec · Event

Plans and executes the end-of-season jamboree — a celebration that showcases players’ growth and enjoyment throughout the season. This role calls for creativity, organization, and teamwork to deliver a fun, memorable event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the jamboree plan, including activities, games, and awards
  • Coordinate logistics: field assignments, schedules, and event setup
  • Work with volunteers, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate event details to parents, coaches, and league staff
  • Oversee event day and address any issues that arise
  • Collect feedback afterward to improve future jamborees

Qualifications

  • Strong event-planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage volunteers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for creating positive experiences for youth and families
Travel CoordinatorTravel · Year-round

Join our travel soccer leadership team. You’ll work directly with the BAC President and Travel Program Coordinators to help run one of New Hampshire’s largest youth travel programs — 300+ players and 24 teams across U8–U19.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage team formation, player placement, and rosters across all travel age groups
  • Support tryout planning, execution, and parent communication around results and placement
  • Assist with practice and game scheduling across multiple fields and facilities
  • Help coordinate with NHSL and our training partner, Elite UK Soccer
  • Support coach recruitment, onboarding, and background screening
  • Assist with registration workflows and platform management (GotSport, TeamSnap)
  • Draft and send parent and coach communications — season updates, schedule changes, and policies

Qualifications

  • A BAC parent, coach, or community member with genuine enthusiasm for youth soccer
  • Organized and dependable
  • A clear communicator who works well with coaches, parents, and board members
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • Prior youth sports administration or coaching experience is a plus — passion and commitment matter most
